摘要: A Step-Frequency Radar (SFR) is used for assessing the compaction of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) layers. The system composed a network analyser and an Ultra Wide Band (UWB) antenna placed above road surface. measurements are carried out on newly paved in Cagny (Normandy, France). SFR provides permittivity first overlay. data corrected from vehicle vibrations calibrated at fixed locations. Then, HMA deduced with Lichtenecker–Rother (LR) model. results compared standard tests (gamma bench testing cores in-place nuclear gauge). We show that allows nondestructive assessment overlay high density points accuracy close to provided by tests.
