摘要: Corrosion inhibition of iron in perchloric acid solution by the compounds containing oxygen (such as alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, organic acids, etc.) was investigated from electrical double layer capacity values at metal-solution interface, polarization characteristic curves, gravimetric corrosion tests, etc.As results, it has been known that mechanism above are classified into following three categories with respect to chemical kinds compounds.(1) Alcohols and acetones electrostatically adsorbed on cations.(2) Organic acids anions.(3) Aldehydes seem be polymerized interface polymer thus formed inhibits interrupting diffusion corrosive substances electrode. It would concluded, therefore, adsorption atoms is not directly caused lone pair electrons so concerning N- or S- atom.
