摘要: An arrangement for conducting a conference call over distributed digital network in which, at each station connected to the call, only voice packets from other stations are received. To avoid need synchronization between local time base is established define sequence of periodic intervals during which single packet will be accepted call. The interval advantageously set approximately equal sampling period data received reasonably uniform all on network. This provides that, typically, maximum one any selected interval. can adaptively adjusted by monitoring transmission queues or and reduced if queue exceeds predetermined length.
