摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion battery with an electrolyte hardly decomposed even when overvoltage of positive electrode gets high during charging, in the using oxide-based active material. SOLUTION: This uses, as material, at least one out Li 1-x CoO 2 , NiO Mn O 4 2-1-3 system manganate and complex component thereof, FePO MnPO 2-y F, F (x is number 0 or more 1 less, y some Co, Ni, Fe may doped other metal including Li) thereof. An organic solvent contains: nitrile compound selected from group chain saturated hydrocarbon dinitrile which bonds nitride to each terminals ether ester cyanoacetate; cyclic carbonate, carboxylate ester, carbonate.
