摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems for managing or handling a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) are disclosed. One method includes combined registering the WTRU circuit switched (CS) service packet (PS) service; performing an independent location area update procedure to mobile switching center (MSC)/visitor register (VLR) responsive to: (1) moving from first routing second (2) running back-off timer.
