Anxiety and sleep quality in Chinese persons with a substance use disorder: A moderated mediation model of rumination and mindfulness

摘要: A moderated mediation model was used to test how anxiety influences sleep quality via rumination, and when the association between anxiety, rumination is most potent in Chinese persons with a substance use disorder. The cohort comprised 104 registered users recruited from two compulsory drug treatment institutions city of Guangdong Eastern China. All subjects completed Beck Anxiety Inventory, Ruminative Response Scale, Mindful Attention Awareness Scale Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index. Path analyses were performed PROCESS for SPSS mediating effect on quality. Finally, conditional process analysis moderating changes under different levels mindfulness. documented that disorders mediated rumination.
