摘要: Glucocorticoids and β2-agonists may regulate gene transcription in a cell- gene-specific manner at both the transcriptional post-transcriptional level. For this factor interaction to be of importance asthma, it must occur cell or cells which are key targets for steroids also express surface β2-receptors respond β2-agonist stimulation with elevation cAMP. Many pulmonary these same GR. Airway epithelial cells, T-lymphocytes macrophages target an effect therapeutic relevance, particularly as all produce cytokines orchestrate perpetuate allergic inflammatory response.
