摘要: Abstract Bacillus amyloliquefaciens MEP 2 18 is a native isolate with broad spectrum of antifungal activity against plant pathogenic fungi. The ability strain to antagonize phytopathogens due the production cyclic lipopeptides (CLPs). In this work, different carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) sources C N ratios were evaluated in order improve both, biomass CLPs by 18. Among tested, glucose NH 4 NO 3 at ratio 10:1 enhanced significantly yield. Moreover, produced medium exhibited higher antibacterial Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. vesicatoria ( Xav ) than those obtained recommended for production. Interestingly, addition influenced development biofilm on biotic abiotic surfaces. A comparison HPLC-chromatograms optimized versus ones showed notable increase surfactin medium. Furthermore, two peaks , identified mass spectrometry analysis as fengycins B, detected from 18, grown culture results work suggest that changes affect yield type B. To best our knowledge, first study report finding activity. are potential candidates controlling bacterial spot disease tomato pepper.
