摘要: This article describes a novel approach to the design of linear machines that are not run at steady-state operating point. The focus lies on minimizing power loss achieve highest possible efficiency. First analytical considerations reveal potential designing electrical and spring mechanisms for periodic, accelerated motion. It shows influence machine size losses due dependence force as well moving mass this parameter. Based these findings, simulation model was created can be used with an optimization algorithm. consists stationary time-dependent finite-element analysis in conjunction operational includes given movement cycle. flat-type free-piston generator. results validate calculations illustrate differences conventional approaches machines.
