摘要: Abstract Ochratoxin A (OTA) analysis in coffee is complex due to the presence of interfering substances, requiring efficient extraction and clean-up steps. The introduction immunoaffinity sorbents as a step was major advance OTA cleaning techniques, overcoming interferences, improving selectivity, allowing achievement lower detection limits. High-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence most widely used technique for analysis, presenting good results high sensitivity. Liquid tandem mass spectrometry has great potential screening large amounts samples allows direct identification. Still, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays are easy use provide an interesting alternative in-house qualitative control at industrial level or producing countries were expedite instrumental equipment's scarce. Despite available analytical sampling represents one main steps inhomogeneous distribution mycotoxins food commodities including coffee.
