摘要: Natural killer (NK) cells play a key role in host defense against cancer and viral infections. It was shown that NK are important for the control of acute retroviral infections, but their antiviral activity depends on multiple parameters such as inoculation dose, interactions with myeloid cell types cytokine milieu. In addition, during an ongoing infection regulatory T (Tregs) can suppress functions. However, precise Tregs initial response immediate after is still unknown. Here we show thymus-derived proliferation, effector functions cytotoxicity very early Friend Retrovirus (FV) infection. exhibited activated phenotype increased production immunosuppressive cytokines IL-10 TGF-β FV mice. Neutralization resulted significant augmentation Although activation dendritic (DCs) macrophages well IL-15 levels were Treg depletion, mainly affect IL-10-regulated pathway. this study demonstrate IL-10-dependent suppression by first days
