Metal oxide nanoparticles from inorganic sources via a simple and general method

摘要: A new, general, and simple method has been developed for the synthesis of metal oxide nanoparticles using generic chemicals. is based on stabilizing by capping their surface with organic ligands. zro2 an average particle size 13 nm were synthesized zirconium nitrate or oxychloride as source material. was further applied preparation co3o4, mixed oxides zro2-co3o4, zro2-nio, zro2-co3o4-nio. highly crystalline had a narrow particle-size distribution. xrd analysis indicated that it predominantly in monoclinic phase, small fraction tetragonal phase. however, phase zirconia pure one, owing to existence ni co ions could stabilize metastable (c) 2005 elsevier b.v. all rights reserved.
