摘要: This study investigates the CO sensing properties of nanostructured TiO2 thin film gas sensors fabricated with colloidal templates using different sizes polymer spheres. Compared to plain films, films show enhanced in form greater sensitivity and a faster response. More interestingly, use smaller spheres (300 nm diameter) leads close-packed very large-scale uniformity more pronounced improvement compared larger (1 μm diameter). result suggests that an understanding sphere size effects on created by templating is important development these for actual applications.
