摘要: An oligomer of a diepoxy (diglycidyl ether bisphenol-A, DGEBA) and an aromatic diamine (MCDEA) have been used as reactive plasticizers for polycarbonate (PC). A small amount PC chain scission occurred during this blending process, probably due to transesterification the carbonate group by hydroxyl DGEBA oligomer. Addition was found greatly reduce Tg processing temperature. Dynamic rheology measurements showed that added epoxy can very effectively viscosity, but addition also accelerated crystallisation rate PC, which confirmed XRD, optical transmission microscopy DMTA. The DMTA results cured blends crystallization enhanced their heat resistance properties. Sol–gel studies samples some grafted crosslinked network. Studies rubbery behaviour, solvent blend SEM images suggest is main continuous phase in matrix mainly dispersed sub-micron particles matrix.
