摘要: A simple and fast capillary electrophoretic method has been developed for the enantioselective separation of citalopram its main metabolites, namely N-desmethylcitalopram N,N-didesmethylcitalopram, using β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) sulfate as chiral selector. For optimisation several parameters were investigated, such CD buffer concentration, pH, temperature. Baseline enantioseparation racemic compounds was achieved in less than 6 min a fused-silica capillary, filled with background electrolyte consisting 35 mM phosphate at pH 2.5 supplemented 1% w/v β-CD 0.05% 25°C applying voltage −20 kV. also optimized applied to analysis pharmaceutical formulations. Racemic resolved enantiomers 1.5 min short-end injection (8.5 cm, effective length) running experiments composed 25 citrate 5.5 0.04% temperature 10°C.
