摘要: Abstract Since the biological significance of hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S) has been disclosed recently, great attention given to development efficient and selective fluorescent probes for H S over other biothiols. Herein, we report that combining an aldehyde group with thiolysis nitrobenzofurazan (NBD) ether can be used as a new approach develop such kind S. Using this approach, two were developed, both them rapid capture visualization excellent sensing properties including good water solubility, high selectivity sensitivity, distinct colorimetric turn-on responses. More importantly, these are able detect in presence In addition, also demonstrated one probe imaging living cells low cytotoxicity.
