Triple-Internal Standard Based Glycan Structural Assignment Method for Capillary Electrophoresis Analysis of Carbohydrates

摘要: Despite the ever growing use of capillary electrophoresis in biomedical research and biopharmaceutical industry, development data interpretation methods is lagging behind. In this paper we report design implementation a coinjected triple-internal standard method to alleviate need an accompanying run maltooligosaccharide ladder for glucose unit (GU) calculation. Based on migration times standards maltose, maltotriose, maltopentadecaose (bracketing peaks interest), processing approach was designed developed set up virtual that used GU The tested terms calculated values human IgG glycans, resulting relative deviation ≤1.07%. This readily supports high-throughput systems by significantly speeding time glycan structural assignment.
