William Kapp, as outlined in his book The Social Costs Private Enterprise (1950). work is a continuation socialist calculation debate, which Kapp defended possibility rational planning, that is, need to prevent ex ante. defense planning was developed into foundation for economics, consisting framework and democratic controls economy. effectively ties market, state, civil society actors substantive rationality, minima. Hence, genuinely because it originated an explicit rationality guarantee minima, became comprehensive theoretical economics.
