摘要: The temperature dependence of coercivity nanocrystalline Nd4Fe77Co3B16 is analyzed in this article. best linear fit HC(T)/Ms(T) vs 2K1(T)/μ0Ms2(T) indicates that HC controlled by a nucleation process the two-phase magnet. effects additives (Hf, Ga) and magnetic field heat treatment on microstructure interaction are also studied. It found condition grain shapes improved after adding Hf Ga, but surfaces deteriorated some precipitates present boundary. Taking into account values α, Neff, results transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Mossbauer spectroscopy, not only induces refinement causes uniform distribution soft hard phases, therefore it recommendable method for improving microstructure.
