摘要: Customer-engineered block copolymers can self-assemble under appropriate conditions in block-selective solvents into vesicles. Such vesicles have been of enormous academic interest over the past decade for their potential applications enzyme encapsulation as well controlled release drugs, fragrance, fertilizer, etc. A drawback with self-assembled is that solvent external to and internal cavity a vesicle essentially same. This makes loading reagents cavities difficult.
