摘要: Recent progress in the studies of molecular and microstructure interfaces interphases composites, coatings adhesive joints is reviewed. Remarkable has been made elucidating structure silane coupling agents their function with respect to dry wet strengths multiphase systems. Amino-silanes attracted major effort past.
