摘要: Changes in Swedish food consumption patterns during recent decades are studied together with some possible future changes of importance for increasing resource efficiency. The increased meat and a more global supply have contributed negatively. An interface foreign cultures through travelling immigration the main causes these changes. Meat may decline while organic convenience foods increase future. Environmental health reasons will be causes, an acceptance among younger people vegetarian ingredients. Lack time skills cooking other causes. environmental consequences beneficial but that depends partly on locations industries producers as well methods used farming industry.
