摘要: Rationale Optimal, early management following a spinal cord injury (SCI) can limit individuals' disabilities and costs related to their care. Several knowledge syntheses were recently published guide health care professionals with regard interventions in SCI patients. However, no translation (KT) intervention, selected according behaviour change theory, has been proposed facilitate the use of guidelines an acute setting. Objectives To develop theory-informed KT promote application evidence-based recommendations on patients. Methods The first four phases knowledge-to-action model used establish study design. Knowledge selection was based Grading Recommendations Assessment, Development Evaluation system. adaptation local context sourced from ADAPTE process. The theoretical domains framework oriented development assessment barriers enablers application. Results Twenty-nine chosen operationalized measurable clinical indicators. Barriers knowledge, skills, perceived capacities, beliefs about consequences, social influences, environmental resources identified. mapping techniques associated those led online educational curriculum, interdisciplinary pathways as well policies procedures. Conclusions This research project allowed us developing thorough behavioural methodology. Exposure generated will support providing best
