摘要: Peptide-based materials hold great promise as immunotherapeutic agents for the treatment of many malignant cancers. Extensive studies have focused on development peptide-based cancer vaccines and delivery systems by mimicking functional domains proteins with highly specific immuno-regulatory functions or tumor cells fate controls. However, a systemic understanding interactions between different peptides immune remains unknown. This review describes role in regulating innate adaptive provides comprehensive focus design, categories, applications vaccines. By elucidating impacts peptide length formulations their immunogenicity, immunomodulating can be better utilized dramatic breakthroughs may also realized. Moreover, some critical challenges translating into large-scale synthesis, safe delivery, efficient immunotherapy are posed to improve next-generation immunotherapy.
