摘要: RNA polymerases (RNAPs) make repeatedly use of their templates by cycling through initiation, elongation and termination phases transcription; during each step RNAP is interacting with regulated distinct transcription factors. The dynamic interplay between nucleic acid sequences, factors affects the activity distribution complexes across genome, ultimately executes genetic programme organism. This review covers recent discoveries about mechanisms archaeal obtained a combination in vivo vitro approaches, from molecular to global level.
