摘要: In the present study, human orthologue of secreted Xenopus laevis anterior gradient 2 (AGR2) protein was evaluated as a potential serum biomarker lung adenocarcinoma. AGR2 levels were preoperatively measured in 111 primary adenocarcinoma patients and 46 non-cancer controls with subsequent calculation sensitivity specificity comparison CEA levels. Correlations clinicopathological variables also assessed survival analyses performed according to Kaplan-Meier method differences determined log-rank test. The mean level each stage, even Stage I, significantly higher than (P < 0.001 for all stages, Mann-Whitney U test). 65.8% (52.9% stage IA), that CEA, which 45.0% (29.4% 87.0% ROC curve (AUC=0.858). Positive expression associated incidence recurrence after surgery (P=0.025) poor prognosis (P=0.037 overall P=0.004 disease-free survival). Preoperative might become clinically useful early detection, prediction adenocarcinomas.
