摘要: Abstract To improve the flow and heat transfer performance of micro-reactors with micro-pin-fin arrays (MPFAR), a micro-reactor non-uniform (NMPFAR) was proposed. investigate its characteristic at low Reynolds number, Navier–Stokes energy equations in NMPFAR were established. Simulated results indicated that has better than staggered aligned arrays. Also, three different NMPFARs two, four eight kinds pin diameter investigated by numerical simulation. Results showed Nusselt number is larger when change less, which means two performance. Meanwhile, experiments carried out for validating simulation model, experimental agreed well simulated ones. The research result shows does have merit enhancing
