摘要: ABSTRACT Observations of interplanetary scintillation show that the spatial spectrum electron density in inner solar wind follows a Kolmogorov power-law at large scales. However scales 10's to 100's km there is well-defined excess. Angular scattering observations this excess region be highly anisotropic, least inside 10 Rs. Here we explore effect Alfven waves on observations, relationship fluctuations, and ways estimating wave amplitudes.
