摘要: The basic argument of this paper is that as economists we need to pay more attention how policy affects the well-being children individuals, not just members families. Except with reference programs explicitly designed for (e.g., Child Tax Benefit) issue economic policy, in general, themselves relatively missing economics literature, though constitute nearly 25 per cent Canadian population.' For example, discussions monetary are unlikely consider impact alternative choices children's well-being; debates about merits labour-market mobility do much on children; optimal tax structures look at from perspective child.2
