摘要: The incidence of cancer among 2023 male fertiliser workers has been investigated in a historical cohort study. Workers who had employed for more than one year work with possible exposure to dust containing nitrate between 1945 and 1979 were included. An individual cumulated expressed level-years was calculated each participant. followed up from 1953 the end 1988, compared national rates. There 467 deaths v 504.8 expected (standardised mortality ratio (SMR) = 0.93), 185 cases 195.5 (SIR) 0.95). Thirty lung found 27.5 (SIR 1.09). No overall excess gastric (15 17.0 expected; SIR 0.89). association cancer, there no duration employment or time since first cancer.
