摘要: The urban fabric of the Greater Dublin Area (GDA) has expanded rapidly over past 20 years. This lead to a decrease in environmental quality throughout region and disturbance protected areas. In an effort guide development toward more sustainable path “Strategic Planning Guidelines for Area” were introduced 1999. These updated 2004 as “Regional Guidelines: 2004-2016” are currently process another review become 20102022”. As part Appropriate Assessment was undertaken evaluate effect several potential settlement patterns on region’s MOLAND model used simulate four scenarios possible future GDA. then evaluated terms impact areas within region.
