摘要: Granular materials like sugar or sand can behave macroscopically a liquid and flow. However, the description of this peculiar fluid still represents challenge due to lack constitutive laws able describe rich phenomenology observed. In first part paper, we rapidly review properties dry granular flows discuss recent advances in our understanding their rheological behaviour. second more complex case mixture grains liquid, show how progresses obtained allow better understand immersed such as those encountered submarine avalanches.
