摘要: In arid and semi-arid parts of the world, river exploitation is intensive, involving water storage for irrigation or hydropower generation. Greece, 100 small plants (SHPs) take advantage less than 10% potential low flow streams ( 75% to exploit river’s potential. The FDC CF are essential in designing SHP projects intermittent-flow with long no-flow periods. development public participatory approaches a closer cooperation among policy makers stakeholders should work promote accelerate licensing procedures.
