摘要: The electrical conductivity of (Mg0.93Fe0.07)SiO3 ilmenite was measured at temperatures 500–1,200 K and pressures 25–35 GPa in a Kawai-type multi-anvil apparatus equipped with sintered diamond anvils. In order to verify the reliability this study, perovskite also 500–1,400 30–35 GPa. pressure calibration carried out using situ X-ray diffraction MgO as marker. oxidation conditions samples were controlled by Fe disk. activation energy zero volume for are 0.82(6) eV −1.5(2) cm3/mol, respectively. Those 0.5(1) −0.4(4) respectively, which agreement experimental results reported previously. It is concluded that has large dependence investigated P–T range.
