摘要: Reflex sympathetic dystrophy is a chronic pain syndrome characterized by continuous burning exacerbated movement and broad range of other clinical manifestations. The exact etiology this condition not known but thought to involve the nervous system. Over 30 different treatments have been reported improve reflex in more than 70% patients. However, no prospective long-term studies exist document natural time course condition. In addition, literature contains very few prospective, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind with sufficient patient number identify preferred treatment regimen.
