摘要: Abstract Recombinant bacterial strains with the genes of proteins interest cloned in plasmids provide an oversynthesis these proteins, which is important for their large-scale production. However, enhanced synthesis protein accompanied by changes its biogenesis and accumulation intermediate forms corresponding to different steps posttranslational modification, as well a change localization. This review surveys peculiarities localization secreted produced recombinant example Escherichia coli alkaline phosphatase (PhoA).
