摘要: Abstract The structure, location in the seed and distribution of storage protein legume seeds are described. Methods which have been employed for extraction, purification characterisation globulins reviewed relation to modern biochemical practice. physical, chemical immunological characteristics classical legumin vicilin preparations from Pisum sativum summarised distributions proteins with sedimentation coefficients and/or determinants similar those vicilin, tabulated. structure composition various purified vicilin-type a variety legumes, compared.
