摘要: Cell death is a physiological process critical for organismal development and required the removal of damaged cells. Apoptosis, purposeful killing cells, highly regulated, abnormalities in apoptotic control mechanisms contribute to an assortment human diseases. Depending on nature signal, separate independent signaling pathways become activated that coordinately participate execution apoptosis via common effector machinery. This article reviews specific morphological biochemical hallmarks apoptosis, major participating players, various involved triggering this complex form cell death.
