摘要: An initially submaximal hopping task was maintained with the same global power output until it became maximal performance; since there no decrease in performance, any change behavior occurring fatigue characterizes strategies allowing to compensate for effects of fatigue. In a prolonged task, is likely be most prominent ankle extensor muscles they are main contributors vertical propulsion hop. With fatigue, all subjects landed more flexed knees and an increased activity biarticular rectus femoris muscle indicating some compensation between knee joint. Furthermore, two different appeared further important muscles: one organized across joints consisted heavier reliance vastus lateralis, other within fatigued joint earlier preactivation gastrocnemius. As consequence, adaptations ground reaction force profiles at end session; each being related these strategies.
