摘要: The administration of many chemo-radiotherapy regimens in patients with cancer may be complicated by toxicities that limit the clinicians' abilities to deliver most effective doses active agents. Oral mucositis is a major dose-limiting toxic effect and important cause morbidity undergoing for head neck cancers, bone marrow transplantation those receiving certain chemotherapeutic agents variety human malignancies. intent this paper review preventive strategies treatment approaches established oral mucositis. Many differing mechanisms action have been used prevention induced anticancer therapies. Currently, no intervention completely successful at preventing or treating several solutions, drugs methods studied prophylaxis therapy chemotherapy radiotherapy-induced reflects need new, more efficient tools management complication.
