摘要: 1. 1. Haem is destroyed when directly incubated with hydrogen peroxide or Superoxide anion-producing systems, like xanthine oxidase and dihydroxyfumaric acid. 2. 2. With the last two oxidizing systems H2O2 also probably responsible for destruction of haem, as shown by protective effect afforded catalase. 3. 3. Haemoprotein haem (as present in either haemoglobin myoglobin) cobaltic protoporphyrin are relatively resistant to oxidation. 4. 4. The degradation caused differs from catalysed oxygenase system nature products formed sensitivity inhibitors sodium azide potassium cyanide. 5. 5. After action acid on haemoglobin, spectral characteristics a product suggest modified where β-substituents pyrrole rings or, more probably, bridge meso-carbon atom has been modified.
