摘要: Multi-Modal freight models are traditionally built following the well known “four steps model” in which generation, distribution, modal-split and assignment seen as separated modules. An alternative approach, now implemented some software, is to represent multi-modal network by means of a “mono-modal” one, each particular transport operation (loading or unloading operation, transhipments ...) represented dedicated "virtual link", that represents specific transportation chain. This promoted several authors, often referenced "super networks" networks", proven give interesting results, but has drawback generate much larger networks than pure geographic representation studied area. It also kind "hidden trap", linked distances, will be presented this paper can only solved using appropriate techniques. presents results obtained on large network, different equilibrium algorithms, order test their ability an solu-tion "distance trap". however concludes implementation classical equi-librium techniques leads solutions barely from one ob-tained simple all-or-nothing assignment, opening way multi-flow solu-tions.
