Corrective Rhinoplasty before Puberty

摘要: Our experience with corrective rhinoplasty performed between 8 and 12 years of age in 44 patients is presented. The operation included lateral central osteotomies as well adjustments the alar cartilages and, a few cases, septoplasty. Thirty-six had deformities associated cleft lip; five nasal trauma early life; two hemangioma; one congenital large nose. have been followed for minimum 5 maximum years, all were at least 15 old time evaluation.
