摘要: In this study, arc discharge multiwall carbon nanotubes have been incorporated into PmPV polymer, a derivative of the conjugated polymer PPV. Electron field emission characterisation was made as function nanotube mass fraction using large area phosphor coated anode. It is concluded that occurs at front surface under action applied field. As increased, greater density nanotube-nanotube contacts made, increasing overall charge transport carriers via FIT. Replenishment electrons occurring by percolation controlled through disordered network.
