摘要: Complement system is composed of over 30 proteins and it plays important roles in self-defence inflammation. There are three activation pathways, including classical pathway, alternative pathway lectin complement system, they associated with many diseases such as osteoarthritis age-related macular degeneration. Modulation the may be a promising strategy treatment related diseases. Glycosaminoglycans anionic linear polysaccharides without branches. They one kind multi-functional macromolecules which have great potential regulating system. This review organized around two aspects between introduction interaction glycosaminoglycans Three pathways biological significance were introduced first. Then functional analysis methods compared to provide for screen. Finally, played summed up.
