摘要: Lean construction approach is a set of tools that improve project performance by increasing value and minimizing waste. The purpose this paper to investigate the implementation lean in its impact on safety conditions Gaza Strip. applicability last planner, increased visualization 5s process were investigated. A questionnaire survey was undertaken with contractors clients order elicit their attitudes concerning projects. results study indicated most organizations are not interested using new management techniques although they waste maximizing projects value. majority respondents there significant influence implementing sites. strong relationship between occurring accidents bad It found weakness learning environment very limited amount knowledge about other techniques. Training will be key aspect success increase at site. This training may result an burden early stages but over long haul, it serve efficiency level companies. Lack budget for lack interest some barriers tools.
