Implementation of Lean Tools on Safety in Construction Projects in Palestine

摘要: Lean construction approach is a set of tools that improve project performance by increasing value and minimizing waste. The purpose this paper to investigate the implementation lean in its impact on safety conditions Gaza Strip. applicability last planner, increased visualization 5s process were investigated.
