摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter reviews the genetics of pigmentation and melanoma, with emphasis on connections between two. The melanocytes is well developed because their pigment provides a readily visible marker correct function differentiation in both organisms explanted cells, deficiencies tend not to be lethal. In mammals, functional are found principally three locations—the hair follicles, basal-cell layer epidermis, eye, including pigmented retina, iris, choroid. epithelium retina iris develops from neuroepithelium optic vesicle vertebrates, while integument, choroid, ear thought originate by migration dorsal neural crest. Human melanoma involves, at least sometimes, loss genetic material chromosome arms 1p, 6q, 9p gain copies 7. An exogenous normal copy 6 can suppress malignancy human melanomas.
