摘要: Bazi insanlarda sik gorulen inek sutune karsi alerji, keci sutunun onemini artirmistir. Keci sutu, kazein icerigi acisindan buyuk bir varyasyon gostermektedir. olusan alerjinin daha dusuk duzeyde olmasinin nedeni, bazi kecilerin sutlerindeki iceriginin olmasidir. Diger taraftan, yuksek iceren sutler peynir yapiminda tercih edilebilir. Bu nedenlerle, kecilerde genlerindeki cesitlilik yogun sekilde arastirilmaktadir. Sunulan derlemenin amaci, cesitliligin besleyiciligi ve teknolojik ozellikleri uzerindeki etkileri konusunda bilgi sunmaktir.
