The development uveal multistep process involving genetic epigenetic alteration proto-oncogenes tumor-suppressor genes. Recent discoveries shed new light on involvement class noncoding RNA known as microRNAs (miRNAs) melanoma. A lot miRNAs show differential expressions tissues cell lines. Genes coding for these been characterized novel oncogene genes based findings that control phenotypes cells. Several studies confirmed dysregulation promotes cell-cycle progression, confers resistance apoptosis, enhances invasiveness metastasis. Moreover, several also shown correlate with initiation thus may be used biomarkers early prognosis. Elucidating biological aspects miRNA help us better understand pathogenesis promote directed-therapeutics against disease.
