摘要: Abstract As a neutron tube manufacturer, SODERN is now in charge of manufacturing tritium targets for accelerators, cooperation with CEA/DAM/DTMN Valduc. Specific deuterium and are manufactured on request, according to the requirements users, starting from titanium copper substrates, going more sophisticated devices. The range possible uses wide, including thin calibration, thick controlled loading tritium, rotating or large size higher lifetimes. activity ranges 3.7×10 10 13  Bq (1–1000 Ci), diameter being up 30 cm. Sodern CEA/Valduc centre have developed different technologies target manufacture, allowing selection best configuration each kind use. In order optimize production high energy neutrons, performance tritide deuteride made by processes has been studied experimentally bombardment 120 350 kV deuterons provided electrostatic accelerators. It then either output lifetime stability thermal behaviour. importance deposit evaporation conditions efficiency emission clearly demonstrated, as well thermomechanical Ti film under deuteron bombardment. main parameters involved discussed thermodynamical approach.
